Who we are

Otto is a product of Stanchion Systems Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17287154), the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@ottoea.com.

What we collect

• Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. No analytics cookies are set before you accept, and you can decline.
• Contact. If you email us or fill in a form, we receive the details you send so we can reply and provide support.
• Account and billing. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your payment. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Tracking your results. If you connect your trading account to Karnek to track your own results, that is governed by Karnek's own privacy policy as well as this one.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice anytime using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How we use it

To run and improve the site, to answer you when you get in touch, to provide and bill the service, and to meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@ottoea.com and we'll help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
