Otto is billed as a subscription, monthly or annually, per account. You choose how many accounts you run and can add or remove them whenever you like. You're never tied in.
Cancel whenever you want and you'll keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't run notice periods, and we don't charge you to leave. Renewal payments themselves aren't refundable, but nothing stops you cancelling before the next one is taken.
We'd always rather you looked at the live results and started with a single account before committing to more. The record is public and recorded read-only from the broker's data, so you can make up your own mind before you pay.
If you remove an account from your plan, its tracked history is kept. Add the account back later and the record is still there, so trimming your plan never costs you your track record.
If something doesn't look right on your bill, a charge you didn't expect, or a payment taken after you cancelled, email hello@ottoea.com from the address on your account and we'll put it right. Any refund goes back to your original payment method.
